Job summary

Securitize, the leader in tokenizing real-world assets, is seeking a Product Manager spanning Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations to refine requirements for investor records, subscriptions, redemptions and cap table management.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and client services, write clear user stories, drive integrations, lead delivery with Engineering, and manage UAT/QA planning for releases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech or regulated industries.
• Experience delivering from requirements to launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication to write specs with minimal back-and-forth.
• Translate regulatory needs into product requirements and trade-off decisions.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns (APIs, file feeds, webhooks).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize TA and Issuer requirements within the product team.
• Scope and drive data integrations with partner organizations.
• Write and prioritize user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for TA/Issuer features.
• Lead day-to-day delivery with Engineering on onboarding and issuance workflows.
• Manage UAT and QA planning for TA and Issuer releases.
• Prioritize backlog from Operations and Compliance based on regulatory and client impact.
• Maintain product documentation, runbooks, and training materials for TA/Issuer workflows.
• Use operational data to inform roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with Compliance, Legal, and Client Services.
