Job summary

ProTrustee, Inc. is seeking a product manager to own the product from customer need through release—turning trust officer workflows, customer feedback, and regulatory reality into a roadmap the team can ship.

We prefer candidates who can work a hybrid schedule from our Mount Pleasant office; remote opportunities will be considered for exceptional candidates. You will collaborate with leadership and engineering to shape what to build, owning the end-to-end product work as an individual

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of product management experience shipping B2B software.
• Own a roadmap and make clear tradeoffs.
• Translate fiduciary or accounting workflows into product decisions.
• Strong written communication for specs and explanations.
• Able to operate without a formal product management organization or a dedicated design team.
• Nice to have: experience with trust administration or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: turn a pipeline of ideas into a sequenced plan across trust administration, accounting, compliance, operations, and AI; make tradeoffs explicit.
• Meet with customers to understand how the work gets done.
• Define the problem: translate discovery into scoped problems and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Prioritize with evidence: balance customer requests, regulatory need, and product bets including where AI improves the workflow.
• Partner with customer success to inform the roadmap and ensure launches include needed rollout.
• Assess results after release: define success metrics, monitor adoption, and adjust.
• Lead planning: run grooming and pre-grooming meetings to align teams.
