Job summary

Dream Panel LLC is a fintech-focused platform enabling cash and crypto in one account. You will own a product slice — Banking, Earn, or Card — and ensure what is visible, usable after KYC, and the published rate are accurate.

You will write specs for Engineering, coordinate with compliance, and drive launches by prioritizing security and accuracy. The role requires 4+ years in product, preferably fintech or marketplaces, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, preferably fintech or marketplaces.
• Comfort working with legal, compliance, and engineering in the same thread.

Responsibilities

• Own a product slice — Banking, Earn, or Card.
• Write specs for Engineering to implement without guesswork.
• Sequence launches around compliance.
• Measure activation, conversion, and support load after ship.
• Say no when a request would create an outbound exception.
