Job summary

Cari is building an on-chain payment network and seeks a hands-on Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery for defined platform areas. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Operations to translate problems into PRDs, user stories, and release criteria, and to drive backlog prioritization from concept to launch.

You’ll conduct user research, partner interviews, and data analysis to prioritize features, document integrations for banks, and maintain clear, production-ready

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-time professional experience in product management or comparable role.
• Exceptional writing with clearly organized documents that communicate ideas professionally.
• Analytical fluency to aggregate data and defend prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements definition for key product areas from problem definition through release.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Maintain the backlog: keep tickets scoped, current, and prioritized, retiring outdated items.
• Reconcile designs, requirements, and implementation; drive resolutions.
• Plan and run user acceptance testing; track defects through to close.
• Analyze product and usage data to inform prioritization decisions.
• Conduct user research and partner interviews to surface pain points and validate requirements.
• Produce integration guides, release notes, and test scenarios for banks and partners.
• Build working relationships across Cari teams to inform product design and ship features.
• Evaluate competitive landscape and emerging trends in digital payments and blockchain.
