Job summary

Dream Panel is seeking a senior product designer to shape the everyday account experience across deposit, conversion, earn, and card.

You will design end-to-end flows, keep rates and KYC language precise, and build a scalable design system for engineering to ship. A strong portfolio with systems thinking and UI copy that compliance can approve is essential. Remote-first US role, equity may be discussed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, including shipped financial or consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating system-level design beyond marketing pages.
• Ability to write UI copy that compliance can approve.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows for deposit, conversion, earn, and card.
• Keep published APY and fee language exact on every screen.
• Build and maintain a design system that engineering can ship from.
• Test flows with real customer tasks, not vanity mockups.
