Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to execute the product roadmap and become the SME for assigned products within our platform. You will gather requirements, collaborate with leadership, and manage the backlog using Agile practices.

Responsibilities include leading Agile ceremonies, documenting features, and guiding development teams. FinTech experience in asset/wealth mgmt is a plus; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
5+ years’ experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines.
Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
Experience with software development management/tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft TFS, Rally).
Demonstrable experience using AI tooling for product design, strategy and software testing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute detailed requirements gathering & documentation for one or more assigned products.
Collaborate with the Director for prioritization based on funding and development capacity.
Continuously review and refine the backlog of requirements using Jira as an SDLC tool.
Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as the SME, providing knowledge and expertise in this business area/product to business analysts, development team members, and the user community.
Create and deliver communications throughout the development cycle to stakeholders at all levels, including release planning content, feature/story-level acceptance criteria, new‑/modified functionality overviews, user guides, and release notes.
Monitor employee performance and provide continuous feedback for software engineers.
