Innovation & New Feature Development:

Lead the identification & prioritization of new features & capabilities, driving continuous innovation. Stay abreast of emerging technologies & industry trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work effectively across teams, including engineering, marketing, CS, and BD. Effectively communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and status updates to key stakeholders, including executives, customers, & internal teams.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, pain points, & aspirations. Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that guide product enhancements & improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
2. 2-5+ yrs experience in product management with a track record of successful work on B2B SaaS products.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
