Job summary

Egnyte, Mountain View, CA, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Fintech industry to own the FSI product strategy and priorities. You will translate PE/VC, wealth management, banking, and insurance needs into clear use cases and requirements, partnering with PMs to drive FSI capabilities on roadmaps.

You will define AI agents and document extraction capabilities, and work with sales, CS, and marketing to drive adoption and revenue. MBA a plus, 5+ years in PM, strong communication required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Product Management
• 2+ years building products for the FSI industry
• Knowledge of FSI workflows (fund operations, wealth/advisory, banking or insurance)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts related to document extraction and agentic workflows
• Proven track record delivering new product functionality
• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own the FSI product strategy and priorities from customer needs to roadmap
• Influence other PMs to include FSI capabilities on roadmaps and build business cases
• Define FSI-specific AI agents, workflows, and document extraction capabilities
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to support key deals
• Work with sales and marketing on positioning, GTM, and success metrics
• Represent Egnyte at industry events and advisory sessions
