Job summary

SEI is seeking a Product Manager in Oaks, PA to drive the product roadmap for our financial services platforms. You will be the SME for your products and coordinate requirements, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies with development teams and stakeholders.

Use AI tooling for product design and testing, collaborate with clients and operations, and ensure high quality, timely delivery in a hybrid work environment; FinTech/asset or wealth management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
5+ years' experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines.
Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
Demonstratable experience using AI tooling for product design, strategy and software testing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute detailed requirements gathering & documentation for one/more assigned products.
Review and refine backlog of requirements using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
You are the SME in this role, providing knowledge and expertise in this business area/product.
Create and deliver communications throughout the development cycle to stakeholders at all levels, including release planning content, feature/story-level acceptance criteria new/modified functionality overviews, user guides, and release notes.
Own product quality and performance through consistent delivery.
