Job summary

FICO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a financial services product. you will work with clients, internal teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver impactful solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise software product management, a strong domain in financial services, and the ability to drive an 18‑month roadmap and cross‑functional initiatives. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or financial field.
• MBA preferred with 10+ years in enterprise software product management.
• Domain experience in financial services including customer management and marketing.
• Experience delivering software projects and managing lifecycles.
• Experience with high-throughput, streaming and batch projects is a plus.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand and document future product enhancements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to production deployment.
• Maintain an 18‑month rolling roadmap prioritized by client needs and strategy.
• Prioritize and manage development for sprint and quarterly planning.
• Enable Professional Services and Product Support to delight clients.
• Support the sales team, especially for large deals or partnerships.
• Drive cross‑functional activities across engineering, QA, product management, security and architecture.
