Job summary

Synergy Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer to own the technical product roadmap for Financial Technology Platforms, leading end‑to‑end delivery with external vendor platforms and cross‑functional teams.

You will drive telemetry, KPI tracking, and risk‑aware design while partnering with business units to accelerate value realization and manage lifecycle activities across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in product engineering/ownership in financial services.
• Experience delivering technical product roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical realization of financial products on external vendor platforms.
• Own and maintain the technical product roadmap.
• Diagnose and remediate technical issues; ensure performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for governance and architecture.
• Define and track technical KPIs/OKRs.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
