Job summary

Human Interest is seeking an Operations Manager within Customer Success & Operations to lead a team responsible for accurate and timely financial transactions and money movements for clients and participants. This role sits at the intersection of CS, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, translating frontline insights into actionable product input while ensuring operationalization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people-management experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of financial transaction lifecycles and 401(k) operations.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage rigorous QC processes and tight SLAs.
• Experience leading operational improvement projects end to end and documenting durable SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Associates and Team Leads, fostering precision and accountability.
• Own quality control processes and SLA management to ensure high-accuracy transactions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for Product/Engineering.
• Lead projects to develop and scale team processes with automation while staying lean.
• Maintain comprehensive SOPs to withstand volume spikes and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with peer Operations managers to align standards and share best practices.
• Manage escalations involving complex transactions or regulatory concerns.
• Plan capacity and workforce readiness for onboarding and seasonal peaks.
