Job summary

State Street Corporation in the United States seeks a Marketing Senior Associate to help execute the One State Street approach, collaborating with clients, partners and prospects to drive brand awareness and business priorities.

You will assist with digital engagement, events, and marketing technology while learning how a global fintech marketing function operates and coordinating with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Essential Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in fintech marketing.
• Good organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Desirable exposure to marketing, events, or asset creation through study or internships.
• Interest in social media, digital engagement, AI or events.
• Willingness to learn new systems and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with our digital marketing strategy and day-to-day marketing activity.
• Help prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, email copy, newsletters, blogs, videos and other social media assets.
• Assist with timelines, approvals, meeting notes, and general coordination to help keep projects on track.
• Help with the organization and delivery of global marketing-led events, including client events and webinars.
• Support event administration, including invitations, attendee lists, registrations, venues, and materials.
• Assist with reporting and data updates as needed.
