State Street is seeking a Marketing Senior Associate in the United States to assist with the One State Street marketing approach, supporting campaigns, events, and digital engagement. The role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in fintech marketing within a global organization.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams, gaining exposure to global marketing operations, tools, and analytics, while delivering on marketing priorities and learning through

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or relevant transferable experience.
• Strong interest in starting a career in fintech marketing.
• Good organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Outlook, Co-Pilot, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Mansioni

• Support the marketing team with our digital marketing strategy and day-to-day marketing activity.
• Help prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, email copy, newsletters, blogs, videos and other social media assets.
• Assist with timelines, approvals, meeting notes, and general coordination to help keep projects on track.
• Help with the organization and delivery of global marketing-led events, including client events, industry events and our webinars program.
• Support event administration, including invitations, attendee lists, registrations, venues, and supporting materials.
• Assist with event set-up, follow-up communications, and general logistics.
• Provide practical support during live or in-person events when needed.
• Help maintain marketing trackers, calendars, contact lists, and simple reports using technology and AI.
• Support the team in gathering digital engagement and event results.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data updates as needed.
