Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate on the Corporate Development & Partnerships team to lead fintech M&A and strategic partnerships. You will evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments, and partnerships across Global Banking units, driving inorganic growth and stakeholder alignment.

You will perform market research, build business cases, and prepare senior-level memos, with a focus on delivering high-impact growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, fintech, strategy, or related field.
• Experience supporting end-to-end transaction execution (M&A, minority investments, partnerships, etc.).
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions and investments.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Monitor and report on performance of acquisitions and investments; synthesize insights.
• Perform market research and competitive analyses within fintech ecosystem.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
• Support partnership development, including deal structuring and negotiations.
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholders and investment committee updates.
