Job summary

Financial Integrators in Des Moines, IA area seeks an M&A Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration of acquisitions, led by collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Technology teams.

You will guide pre-close due diligence through Day 1 and post-close alignment, ensuring regulatory compliance and data security across milestones while coordinating across Technology, Finance, HR, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in corporate development, management consulting, or program management with PMI post-merger integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA/PMP highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial services infrastructure and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMI integration strategy, governance, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Technology, Finance, HR, and Compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FINRA, SEC, OCC) and data security across integrations.
• Manage Day 1 readiness and Day 100 stabilization milestones.
• Preserve top advisory talent and assure client retention during asset transitions.
• Monitor synergies, budgets, and integration costs against the deal model.
