You'll be responsible for coordinating new integrations, managing onboarding projects, improving internal processes, and ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 6-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Implementations, Technical Account Management, Solutions Delivery, or a related function
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and external dependencies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesWorking knowledge of APIs, file transfer protocols, and system integrations
• Comfortable reviewing JSON and discussing technical concepts with engineers and external vendors
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working with financial technology, banking platforms, ERP systems, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with security reviews, vendor onboarding, or compliance processes
• SQL experience
