Job summary

Sokin is seeking an Implementation Manager in New York to coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to deliver complex client implementations.

You will drive API integration programs, define plans with owners and timelines, manage risks and go-live activities, and hand off to Support with thorough documentation for repeatable success. This role emphasizes scalable delivery for NeoBanks, Marketplaces, and payroll companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech environments.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions from initiation through completion.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations with competing priorities.
• Stakeholder management experience managing relationships with technical stakeholders, and C-level executives.
• Background in payments, financial services, embedded finance, marketplace technologies, or API-driven products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Team Coordination: Coordinate a bespoke Implementation team from Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations across global locations, ensuring fast onboarding and smooth operating experience.
• Implementation Planning: Create and maintain implementation plans with clear deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies for both Sokin and client teams.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate meetings and channels to keep all teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and evolving client expectations.
• Resource Coordination: Align cross-team resources across multiple concurrent implementations, manage competing priorities, and optimize delivery pipelines.
• Client impact analysis: Gather data around expected client impact and share with product and engineering for planning and prioritization.
