Job summary

PactFi is seeking an Implementation Engineer to drive end-to-end client enablement across implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and support. This hands-on role reports to the Client Enablement Lead and is based in our New York office.

You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, oversee technical deployments, and troubleshoot issues across diverse tech stacks. Travel is not required, with opportunities to engage clients in person when beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application engineering, data migrations, product analytics, and support engineering.
• Proficient in AI-assisted development and debugging, APIs, and technical implementations.
• Experience across vendor systems with business technology expertise.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Tier 1 client accounts across implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and support
• Partner with Product and Engineering to develop and ship internal tooling and client-facing solutions independent of the product roadmap
• Own technical troubleshooting and support for covered accounts
• Maintain visibility across product usage, client workflows, tech stacks, and dependencies
