Job summary

PactFi is seeking an Implementation Engineer to drive technical execution across the end-to-end client lifecycle from day one in our New York office. You will manage Tier 1 client accounts across implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and support.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to develop internal tooling and client-facing solutions, own technical troubleshooting, and maintain visibility into client workflows, tech stacks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application engineering, data migrations, analytics, or support in FinTech or SaaS.
• Strong API, debugging, and tech implementation skills.
• Experience with client-facing roles and enterprise software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Tier 1 client accounts across implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and support.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to develop internal tooling and client-facing solutions.
• Own technical troubleshooting and support for covered accounts.
• Maintain visibility across product usage, client workflows, tech stacks, and dependencies.
