Leadenhall Search & Selection is seeking a proactive business development leader to identify and develop new market segments for fintech and digital assets. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise brands and payments, while collaborating with the CEO, sales, partnerships and product teams to originate, structure and close high-value strategic deals.

You will translate market insights into actionable growth strategies, helping the company expand into new markets
