Job summary

The Anti-Fraud Operations Manager within TikTok Shop’s USDS (U.S. Data Security) Risk Control and Security division will lead the operational line of defense protecting one of the world's fastest-growing e-commerce ecosystems.

You will manage a team of high-performing operational analysts responsible for detecting, investigating, and mitigating fraud and abuse across the marketplace. You will collaborate across teams to build platform guardrails and drive adoption of AI tools to automate case

Qualifications

5+ years of anti-fraud, trust & safety, risk operations, or risk analytics experience in tech or ecommerce.
4+ years in people management and team leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field as listed.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of anti-fraud analysts; manage daily workflows and performance metrics.
Oversee vendor/BPO operations; set quality standards and operational workflows for fraud reviews.
Guide deep-dive investigations, escalation handling, and forensic analysis of threat actors.
Drive operational modernization with AI/LLM tools to speed case handling and insights sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on guardrails and priorities.
