Job summary

Currency is hiring for a full-time sales representative in Scottsdale, AZ (also Lincoln, NE) to drive loan transactions and equipment financing. You will identify new customers, manage the end-to-end process, and work with internal teams to structure the best offers.

Starting base pay is $50,000 with commissions; average first-year pay around $80,000 or more, with no cap. Strong performers can reach $125,000–$180,000+.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Travel required – trips 2–3 times per year maximum.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Travel required – trips 2-3 times per year maximum.
• Achieve objectives through effective planning, goal setting and projecting future performance.
• Outreach to prospective customers via phone and email to assist in completing financial transactions.
• Move customer thru loan process using Sandhills systems and processes to achieve funding.
• Work effectively with our internal teams to structure the best possible offer for applicants.
• Serve as our customers’ primary point of contact and establish long lasting relationships with applicants as well as sellers of equipment.
• Drive more leads on our platform through your relationship with vendors and sellers of equipment.
• Achieve close % targets by generating approvals and obtaining signed contracts from our applicants.
• In Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required.
