As a Delivery Manager, you will translate product and business priorities into predictable, high-quality delivery, leading cross-functional teams to meet commitments on time and to standard.

Qualifications

5+ years of delivery, program, project, or product operations roles within a technology or FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee process documentation, implementation, and continuous optimization.
Lead change management initiatives and ensure process quality assurance.
Manage and improve SDLC efficiency, quality, and performance.
Ensure client satisfaction across cost, budget, timelines, and quality metrics.
Supervise business analysis and design functions, ensuring measurable effectiveness.
Take full ownership of the Service Desk function: Improve client satisfaction, Reduce bug resolution time, Enhance issue response quality.
