Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in customer service or financial services, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; on-site schedule is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, financial services, call center support, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Ability to pass background and credit checks.
• Preferred: Experience in banking, auto finance, loan servicing, card services, or financial operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience using CRM software or customer support platforms.
