AutoPayPlus in Orlando, FL is seeking a Retention Specialist to help members stay enrolled, reduce cancellations, and strengthen long-term relationships. You will use CRM tools to understand member needs, propose personalized solutions, and document all interactions to drive better outcomes.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, customer service, account management, collections, customer success, or financial services.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Sales experience identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and meeting performance goals.
• Experience using CRM systems (Creatio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

What You'll Do

Work Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
