DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a detail‑oriented Credit & Financial Operations Analyst to join the Finance and Accounting Team in a hybrid role. You will support AR sales reporting, lender packages, and month‑end close with a focus on accuracy, controls, and timely delivery.

You will work closely with the Principal of Credit & Financial Operations, gain exposure to credit facilities and FinTech reporting, and help drive process improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations (close cycles, reconciliations, journal entries, AR/AP) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA track or CPA coursework a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, month-end close processes, and reconciliation methodology is essential.
• Exposure to credit facilities, lender reporting, or FinTech financial operations preferred.
• Experience in a high-velocity, deadline-driven environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and assemble weekly AR sales data packages for receivables facility submissions (4x monthly).
• Support eligibility determinations for receivables and flag anomalies.
• Maintain AR sales and RPA workbooks; flag data quality issues to the Principal.
• Serve as back-up for all receivables purchase facility submission processes.
