DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a financial operations professional to support AR data packages, monthly lender reporting, and month‑end close. You will maintain reconciliations, runbooks, and data extractions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a high‑velocity fintech environment.

The role emphasizes process improvement, SOX control support, and collaboration with the Principal to keep reporting on schedule. A Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and GAAP knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of accounting or financial operations, including close cycles and reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA track is a plus.
• Familiar with GAAP and month‑end close; experience with lender reporting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and assemble weekly AR sales data packages for the receivables facility.
• Assist monthly and quarterly lender reporting and data reconciliations.
• Support Outgo month‑end close activities and data extracts.
• Maintain process documentation and support SOX controls.
