DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented Credit & Financial Operations Analyst in Portland, OR. You will join the Finance and Accounting Team to support weekly AR reporting, lender packages, and the Outgo month-end close with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.

You will work in a hybrid environment, leveraging ERP systems, Excel, and SQL tools, with exposure to credit facilities and FinTech reporting. CPA coursework is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting or financial operations experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA track is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes essential.
• Exposure to credit facilities or FinTech reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly AR data packages for the receivables purchase facility (4x monthly).
• Assist with monthly/quarterly lender reporting and covenant calculations.
• Support Outgo month-end close, aiming for a 3-day close cycle.
• Maintain runbooks, data pulls, and reconciliations; flag anomalies.
• Act as a backup for receivables purchase facility submissions.
