Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, management control, or financial data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing databases.
• Experience reconciling financial transactions or identifying discrepancies across large datasets.
• Experience using mass data reconciliation or financial reconciliation platforms.
• Solid accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data extracted from internal platforms, banks, and payment channels.
• Clean, standardize, and organize large datasets for accuracy.
• Identify incomplete records, duplicates, and discrepancies across databases.
• Match platform transactions with bank movements and accounting records; provide explanations with evidence.
• Perform large-scale reconciliations using Rexi and develop reconciliation rules.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and support accounting adjustments; assist with Rexi→Odoo entries.
• Automate data reconciliation and reporting using SQL, Python, Power Query, or AI tools.
