Job summary

Hearth is building an autonomous AI employee for contractors and is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles in a competitive B2B fintech market. You will partner with engineers, product, and GTM teams, manage a high-volume requisition load, and drive candidate engagement with an outcome-focused, sales-like approach.

The NYC-based role emphasizes in-person/hybrid collaboration (3+ days/week) and a mission-driven culture with strong growth

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Fintech or startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4–5+ open requisitions at once without dropping quality or speed.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, offers, close.
• Partner with hiring managers to adapt to their workflows and provide hiring guidance.
