Job summary

Taulia is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive lead generation, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives. You’ll engage with potential customers via phone and email, learn Taulia solutions, and become a trusted advisor while supporting cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced fintech culture.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales, a fintech interest, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Interest in fintech/financial technology industry.
• Coachable, self‑motivated, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & qualifying leads for Account Executives.
• Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to C‑level executives.
• Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of Taulia solutions to become a trusted advisor.
• Uncovering and qualifying customer needs, processes, projects and requirements.
• Demonstrating initiative and collaboration through ad‑hoc cross‑department projects.
