Job summary

Revenued Albania, the Tirana branch of Revenued, LLC, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive prospecting, lead sourcing, and outbound campaigns in a client-facing, in-person role.

You will build outreach lists, run multi-channel campaigns, and qualify opportunities while supporting onboarding and improving the funding process. Strong English, 1–2 years' BD experience, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• C1 English level proficiency and strong written English.
• 1-2 years of business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source leads by identifying target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, conference lists, and industry databases.
• Build outreach lists by scraping, organizing, and enriching contact data for outbound campaigns with Apollo.io/ChatGPT.
• Run outreach campaigns with multi-channel outreach (email & LinkedIn) using HubSpot or Apollo.io.
• Make targeted calls to warm up leads, qualify opportunities, and pitch embedded finance partnerships.
• Assist onboarding and improve the merchant funding process by flagging friction points and sharing feedback.
• Set up qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager with clear context.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all lead activity and outcomes in the CRM.
• Share lead insights with partnerships and marketing to improve outreach strategy.
