Job summary

FinWise Bank in Murray, Utah is seeking an entry-level Business Development Associate to support the commissioned sales team by building the partner pipeline, identifying prospective fintech partners, and driving early-stage outreach. You will gain hands-on exposure to how bank-fintech partnerships are sourced, evaluated, and closed within a regulated environment.

You will maintain organized deal records in HubSpot and coordinate with sales, compliance and product stakeholders as deals progress,

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective fintech partners aligned with FinWise's programs.
• Manage early-stage outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Qualify inbound leads against baseline criteria.
• Prepare meeting materials and prospect summaries for the team.
• Coordinate scheduling across sales, compliance, and product teams.
• Maintain CRM records and deal progress through stages.
