Rho, a modern banking platform for startups, is seeking an Associate Account Executive in San Francisco. You will drive lead generation, support senior Account Executives, and engage potential clients across industries to promote our fintech solution.

The role offers a clear path to becoming a full Account Executive within a year, with exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment and opportunities to learn about corporate cards, payments, and banking services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for fintech and willingness to learn about financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
• Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships.
• Learn and articulate Rho’s value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
