Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in technical account management or similar fintech role.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and OAuth/OIDC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned fintech partners and ensure high partner engagement.
• Understand partners' objectives and technical environments to support solutions.
• Provide proactive technical guidance and recommendations to partners.
• Manage and prioritize partner API issues with engineering and support teams.
• Conduct regular partner reviews to share KPIs and insights, and present new features.
