Job summary

Intuit is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our fintech integration team in Mountain View. You will lead technical design, API integrations, and multi-language SDK efforts to ensure seamless client deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
8+ years in software engineering or integration, Fintech preferred.
Deep understanding of API design: RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
Proficiency in at least one server-side language (Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Go).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong secure coding practices incl. OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
Experience with testing frameworks; automated testing a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Design and document technical integration designs for fintech partnerships.
Develop and maintain robust API integrations; data mappings.
Lead multi-language SDK development and support external developers.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans for integration safety.
Create and maintain technical docs, API specs, SDK guides.
Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues; root cause analysis.
Stay updated on fintech tech trends and evaluate new tools.
Collaborate with product, core engineering, sales, and support; provide tech leadership.
Apply AI-native principles to improve development and product delivery.
Design experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision making.
