Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager within the DGX team to lead data connectivity and API integration efforts for TurboTax partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding fintech partners through technical landscapes, owning KPI-driven roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality data experiences for customers.

The role requires strong API fluency, banking/payroll industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across IDX, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
8+ years in technical account management or similar partner-facing role.
Strong API and fintech knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical contact for fintech partners, ensuring satisfaction.
Understand partners' objectives and technical environments to position solutions.
Provide proactive technical guidance and recommendations to partners.
Track and prioritize API issues with eng/support teams for timely resolution.
Conduct partner reviews to share KPIs and performance insights.
Facilitate product capability reviews to help adoption in roadmaps.
Create technical docs, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
Stay up-to-date with fintech trends and competitive offerings.
Represent partner feedback in product roadmaps where appropriate.
