Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Sr Staff Product Manager to steer the core TurboTax filing experience and the next generation of AI-powered, personalized capabilities that simplify filing and boost customer confidence.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content, Compliance/Legal and other Product teams to turn ambiguous opportunities into a clear roadmap and shipped outcomes.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product management experience leading complex consumer software from ambiguity to execution
• Strong technical fluency; ability to partner with engineering on system design and AI/ML features
• Experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven product experiences is a plus
• Ability to evolve mature platforms and drive 0-to-1 initiatives
• Deep customer empathy and ability to translate complex concepts into simple, trusted experiences
• Data-driven mindset with experiment design, metrics and success criteria
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for senior leadership
• Background in fintech or regulated spaces where accuracy and trust matter
• Passion for building products that increase customer confidence and reduce confusion
• Equivalent experience considered; Bachelor’s required; MBA a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision and strategy for a core part of the TurboTax filing experience
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve usability, accuracy and customer confidence
• Drive AI-powered and personalized capabilities that reduce customer effort
• Partner with Design and Engineering to make complex experiences simple and trustworthy
• Use experiments and customer research to validate ideas and measure impact
• Lead end-to-end execution with cross-functional teams
• Drive alignment and decision-making across stakeholders amid ambiguity
• Communicate strategy, progress and results to senior leadership
• Champion accuracy, reliability and customer trust in product decisions
• Stay current on AI trends and identify opportunities for TurboTax
