Qualifications

• Experience analyzing issues and drafting briefs on complex legal topics.
• Experience in FINRA arbitration.
• CA Bar in good standing preferred; Law Review/Moot Court a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent broker-dealers and registered representatives in FINRA arbitrations and securities matters.
• Collaborate across GT offices on cross-office matters.
• Prepare for and participate in motion arguments and trial-related tasks, including depositions.
