Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive case management experience with discovery responses, document review and production.
• Experience preparing outlines and exhibits for depositions.
• Ability to draft briefs for sophisticated financial services matters.
• Preferred: Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience.
• Admission to the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze issues and conduct legal research for FINRA arbitrations.
• Draft briefs for securities sales practices and related proceedings.
• Prepare for and participate in motion arguments and trial preparation, including outlines and exhibits for direct and cross-examinations.
• Interact with clients and collaborate with expert witnesses.
