Qualifications

• Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and own key workstreams
• California Bar admission required
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of litigation from pleadings through resolution
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings
• Work directly with clients on strategy, risk assessment, and case management
• Contribute to complex matters involving consumer protection, fraud, unfair competition, and financial services disputes
• Collaborate across teams on matters with parallel regulatory or investigative components
• Mentor junior associates and oversee discrete workstreams
