Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive case management experience with discovery responses, document review and production.
• Experience preparing outlines and exhibits for depositions.
• Ability to draft briefs for sophisticated financial services matters.
• Preferred: Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience.
• Admission to the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California is preferred.

• Responsibilities include analyzing issues, conducting research, and drafting briefs for sophisticated legal matters; preparing for and participating in motion arguments; and trial preparation, including outlines and exhibits for direct and cross-examinations.
• Requires case management experience, encompassing written discovery responses, document review and production, and collaboration with experts.
• Candidates will work directly with clients and require strong strategic and analytical abilities.
• Experience preparing outlines and exhibits for depositions is required; taking or defending depositions is a plus.
• Law Review/Journal and/or Moot Court experience is preferred.
