Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist, Business Operations Support to manage financial tracking, capital allocation, and end-to-end procurement workflows across tech initiatives. You will bridge Corporate Finance with Engineering/IT operations to keep budgets on track and ensure compliant CAPEX vs OPEX treatment.

The role requires strong ERP experience, proficiency in Workday, and the ability to translate technical needs into financial forecasts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial tracking, procurement, or business operations supporting technology.
• Experience in telco industry adds value.
• Advanced ERP experience (Procurement, PO, Requisitions).
• Workday experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of CAPEX vs OPEX capitalization rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, analyze variance, and update forecasts.
• Manage end-to-end procurement in ERP, POs, and vendor SOW workflows.
• Partner with Network IT leadership to forecast capital spend and align with governance.
