Job summary

Fintech Company is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst for a 12-16 week contract to support documentation, standardization, and process-improvement of Procure-to-Pay workflows. This role focuses on building SOPs, job aids, and training materials while partnering with procurement stakeholders to capture best practices.

The ideal candidate has hands-on procurement experience and strong documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, PST-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, Purchasing, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, or a related function.
• Strong experience creating SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, training materials, and process maps.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and document them clearly and accurately.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and standardize procurement SOPs, work instructions, job aids, and process documentation
• Create clear and detailed process documentation for various Procure-to-Pay workflows
• Analyze current procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
• Partner with procurement stakeholders to gather information, validate existing processes, and document best practices
• Create and maintain process maps and workflow documentation
• Help rebuild and organize the procurement documentation library
• Support supplier master data and supplier remediation efforts
• Recommend process improvements that drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability
• Provide occasional support for day-to-day procurement operations as needed
• Independently manage assigned projects and deliverables
