Job summary

Duravant Integrated Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support project execution through financial coordination, procurement support, data analysis, and business process administration. You will collaborate across project management, engineering, procurement, finance, manufacturing, and operations to maintain accurate project and financial data.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in project coordination, procurement, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, SQL, and ERP experience; Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project business processes: sales orders, POs, invoices, change orders within ERP.
• Review budgets and ensure costs reflect in ERP and project data.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor relationships; process POs/invoices.
• Analyze financial data with Excel/Power BI; develop dashboards and reports.
• Prepare reports for project reviews and track actions through closure.
