You will serve Finnish-speaking clients across diverse hospitality environments, manage inquiries and reservations via phone, email and in person, and help guests understand available services. Collaboration with teams drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Finnish-speaking clients and guests.
• Handle inquiries, reservations, and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients in understanding hospitality services and amenities.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance guest experience.
• Stay current on hospitality trends to provide informed advice.
• Record client interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
