You will handle inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with developers to communicate player feedback and insights for game improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in gaming.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities
