Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to Finnish-speaking partners through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Manage partner inquiries and efficiently resolve service-related issues.
• Educate partners on product features and support them in maximizing their use of our services.
• Document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
• Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continuously enhance our support services.
