Socket.dev in Alsip, IL is seeking a Finishing Technician – Folder/Gluer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will feed flat cartons into high-speed gluing machines and place finished cartons into corrugate shippers, while performing QC checks to meet our strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—entry-level opportunity with full training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Feed flat cartons into high-speed gluing machines and remove finished cartons, placing them into corrugate shippers.
• Perform periodic quality control (QC) checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, GMP, and quality procedures, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean work area.
• Immediately report any food safety concerns to management or SQF team members.
• Take on other duties as assigned to support the team and keep production running smoothly.
